Robin Riat, CRM, is a Senior Records Analyst for the National Archives and Records Administration's Central Plains Region in Kansas City. She teaches records management classes and works with Federal agencies to revitalize and improve their records programs. She has worked as a records manager and librarian in private sector, government, and university settings.
