Paul Himmelstein practices in the areas of business and estate planning, business succession planning, and post-death estate and trust administration.  Mr. Himmelstein assists clients with business formation, choice of entity decisions, contract review, and employment issues while further structuring estate plans, drafting wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, and powers of attorney for clients.  He also assists clients with administration of decedents’ trusts and probate estates, including estate and income tax returns.
