A New Year, A New View

Description:

In this meeting, we will look back over 2018 and highlight some of the significant benefit implications of the year, ranging from the repeal of the penalty tax for failure to maintain health coverage as well as continued compliance with all other aspects of the Affordable Care Act, to the uncertainties surrounding wellness programs that are conditioned on health-related incentives.  We will consider what the new Congress and evolving Administration might have in store for employee benefits in 2019.  And, we’ll consider some perennial challenges that come with offering plans such as health saving accounts and other tax-favored plans.
